Dear Dr Kasem,
I wanted to write this letter thanking you for all that you have
done for me.
Three months ago, I was in need of a new top denture, and went to
one of those low budget affordable denture facilities. I spent two
days there having them trying to fit a denture into my mouth that
felt like it belonged in someone else’s. After the second day I
demanded my money back and left there with a felling of despair, and
total frustration. I called you office and spoke to you on the
phone, and you made me feel like I was important, and worth your
time to fix my problem.
I arrived there on a Friday, and spent about 5 hours getting fitted,
taking impression after impression of my mouth. When it was all over
and you finally took the last of about 5 molds of my mouth and
shape, I walked out with a smile and a feeling that was more than
words can say. I can not believe that I have a denture in my mouth
that feels natural and like it belongs there. You gave me my
confidence back, and renewed my trust. Most of all, you gave me back
a smile I can be proud of.
